This project submission was sent to Shepherd looking to build a $200M tower. Given the jurisdiction and nature of the work, our team took immediate interest and within 24 hours, we communicated our appetite, targeting a layer excess of $100M. As the broker team began building the tower, we took the initiative to indicate lower in the tower to provide further options for the client as needed. Upon request, we readily agreed to participate in a quota share and were able to meet the target pricing - providing our final quote within just 5 hours of receiving the layer details.
